The Rhythm of Life: Why Nothing Stays the Same (And Why That's Good News)
Sometimes it feels like things will never change. Inevitablly they do. The big variable is that we rarely know when change happens before it does.
When life is hard, we tell ourselves that it will never change. When life is good, we hope that it won't change. Both thoughts make sense, however neither one is true.
This is what is actually true: change is constant. Circumstances shift. We shift. The people around us change. Almost every time, what felt unbearable eventually becomes something we moved through.
That shift often opens doors we didn't notice before, revealing unexpected opportunities. We grow and learn lessons that we never would have learned if everything had just stayed comfortable.
I call this the rhythm of life. It is neither good nor bad, but the pattern that we all live through. Once you see it, it can change how you move through both the difficult seasons and the good ones.
